The hotel offers stunning sea-facing rooms with majestic ocean views, though the underfloor heating was a bit too much for the warm weather. The service was top-notch and super friendly, making my stay pleasant. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops, but I wished the restaurant was open in the evenings. The dining experience was sumptuous, especially the Sicilian pastries, and the facilities were modern and well-kept.
The hotel is located right on the cliff path, offering a serene atmosphere yet conveniently close to the central shops and restaurants. The service was warm and welcoming, with efficient and helpful staff.
The hotel has a magnificent sea view, offering a superb location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable but only two suites had a patio and fireplace overlooking the car park. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. The dining options were a little limited, but the view of the bay and mountains was stunning.
The hotel room was nothing like the booking photos on the site, not even similar, but it was surprisingly comfortable and spacious. The nice terrace overlooking the pool was a plus despite the high temperature during our stay.

The location is ideal in Hermanus, perfect for whale watching and accessing local amenities. The dining is a highlight, although the menu could be more extensive compared to other establishments.
